These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pinlify (“Pinlify,” “we,” “us”) and pinlify.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Pinlify is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pinterest, Inc.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are located in a jurisdiction with a higher digital-consent age, you must meet that age requirement. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
2. Your account and connection
- You are responsible for activity performed through your Pinlify session.
- You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email secure.
- You may connect only a Pinterest account that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Pinlify uses Pinterest OAuth. We never ask you to submit a Pinterest password or session cookie.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the blog content, images, trademarks, and other material you submit. You grant Pinlify a limited license to process that material to provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish it.
4. Pinterest actions and responsibility
Pinlify helps prepare editable content and, when the feature is available, sends a Pinterest request only after you specifically choose the content, board, and publish action. Pinlify does not automatically follow, like, comment, message, or publish on your behalf without that specific action. You remain responsible for reviewing content and complying with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines, Community Guidelines, and Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Pinlify to spam, scrape, impersonate, mislead, or harass anyone.
- Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Use Pinlify to bypass Pinterest restrictions, rate limits, or enforcement systems.
- Attempt to access another person's account, credentials, tokens, or data.
- Use Pinterest information for advertising outside Pinterest or sell it to another party.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the Service.
6. Availability and third-party services
The Service may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party services. Pinterest controls its own platform, API access, policies, and availability. Pinlify does not guarantee that Pinterest will approve an app, accept a request, keep an account in good standing, or deliver a particular audience, traffic, or analytics result.
7. Early access and future billing
The current website describes an early-access pilot. We will not charge you for a paid plan unless we present the price and billing terms clearly and you affirmatively agree to them. Any future subscription, cancellation, refund, or tax terms will be presented before payment.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, name, and documentation, belongs to Pinlify or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Pinlify materials. Pinterest and its marks belong to Pinterest, Inc.; we do not use them to imply sponsorship or affiliation.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect Pinterest at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address a breach of these Terms. On termination, your authorization to use the Service ends and information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, Pinterest approval, account performance, traffic, impressions, clicks, saves, revenue, or any particular result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinlify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid Pinlify in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised Terms with a new date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@pinlify.com.
